Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality care to ensure every visit is comfortable and personalized. We aim to treat each patient individually in order to help them achieve their ideal sleep, comfort, and esthetics.
Bloom was founded in 2025 when Dr. Dillard and Carrie Gibson discovered their shared interest in providing these services to patients in their care. Their goal is to provide a clinic that builds your trust and confidence through your dental care.
“I believe everyone deserves to wake up feeling rested and confident in their smile. I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to provide the dental care to make that happen.”
Dr. Katie Dillard, DDS
Katherine “Katie” Dillard grew up in Minnesota, moving to Oklahoma in 2008. She graduated with her Bachelor’s from Northeastern State University, followed by her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry.
Since completing a General Practice Residency at the Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Medical Center, she has completed extensive training with the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics to continue to develop her skills in performing focused dentistry.
When she’s not practicing dentistry, Dr. Dillard spends her free time with her husband Hunter, and their two young sons. They enjoy playing board games, swimming, golfing and reading together.
“This new adventure with Bloom allows me to make dental visits engaging and enjoyable for everyone, by blending creativity with care.”
Carrie Gibson,
MPH, RDH
Carrie began her dental career in Tulsa as a dental assistant, laying groundwork for a lifelong passion for oral health and community service. After graduating from dental hygiene school in 2006, she dedicated her entire dental hygiene career to public health, striving to make a meaningful impact and promote wellness throughout the community.
Carrie later completed her Master of Public Health (MPH). Currently, she is pursuing her doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Oral Roberts University (ORU), where she aims to further develop her ability to lead transformative changes in the dental and public health fields.
Carrie grew up in Tulsa but left to accompany her husband during his service in the Army. After 30 years, they returned to Tulsa when he retired, and have been happily settled back in their hometown for the past five years.
Together, Carrie and her husband have two wonderful children who inspire them every day.
